2023-24

• Named the Sharks’ Masterton Trophy nominee by the San Jose chapter of the Professional Hockey Writers Association, an award given annually to the NHL player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. 
• Appeared in his 100th NHL game on Jan. 4 vs. the Winnipeg Jets, and by the end of the season set NHL career highs in nearly all categories, including games played (59), goals (5), assists(9), points (14), and shots (70).
• Signed by the Sharks to a one-year, two-way contract on Nov. 27, 2023.
• Signed one-year AHL contract with the Barracuda on Oct. 12, 2023.
• Signed to a PTO by the Sharks on Sept. 18, 2023.

2022-23

• Skated in 58 games with the AHL's Bakersfield Condors... T-second on the team in goals (19), and fifth in points (32).
• Signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Oilers on Jan. 6, 2023.
• Signed to a one-year AHL contract with Bakersfield on Sept. 8, 2022.

2021-22

• Skated in 14 games with the NHL's Canucks... the most NHL action since he appeared in 32 games with the Sabres during the 2016-17 season.
• Averaged nearly a point-per-game with Abbotsford... potting 15 goals and 12 assists for 27 points in 30 games.

2020-21

• Was injured in a Feb. 11, 2021 game against the Calgary Flames after a hit from Milan Lucic which required season-ending surgery.
• Appeared in three games with the NHL Canucks.
• Signed one-year, two-way deal with Vancouver on Dec. 17, 2020.

2019-20

• Played in 58 games with the Utica Comets of the AHL, setting career-highs in goals (28) and points (47).
• Skated in two games with the Canucks.

2018-19

• After the trade, dressed in 11 games with Philly and 17 with Lehigh Valley its AHL team.
• Traded from Sabres to Flyers on Jan. 18, 2019 for Taylor Leier.

2017-18

• Played in 12 games with the Sabres, setting a career-high in goals (3).

2016-17

• Skated in a career-best 32 NHL games with Buffalo... scoring twice and adding a pair of assists.
• Netted his first NHL goal on Jan. 3, 2017 at New York Rangers (Henrik Lundqvist)
• At the time, set a career-high in goals (23) as he appeared in 52 games with the Rochester Americans.

2015-16

• As a rookie, skated in eight games with the Sabres... made his NHL debut on Feb. 11, 2016 at Philadelphia.
• Finished the season T-tenth among AHL rookies in goals (20).
• Scored his first pro/AHL goal on Oct. 31, 2015 vs. Portland Pirates (Mike McKenna).
• Made pro/AHL debut on Oct. 9, 2015 vs. Lehigh Valley... picked up his first pro/AHL assist the following night.

• Spent three seasons in the OHL with Kitchener and Soo.

PERSONAL

• Dad, Carlton Bailey, played with the Bills for five seasons as a linebacker, and made the touchdown that helped take the team to Super Bowl XXVI in 1992.
• Signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Sabres on November 2, 2014.
