- Notched his first two-goal game in a 4-0 win over the Henderson Silver Knights on Oct. 10, 2022.
2021-22
- Named Sharks' prospect of the year presented by Vision Essentials by Kaiser Permanente.
- Enjoyed a breakout season with the North Bay Battalion of the OHL... finished 5th in league scoring (101) and fourth in assists (67)... directly factored in on 36 of the Battalion's 60 power-play goals, scoring eight goals and collecting 28 assists on the man-advantage.
2020-21
- Allowed to appear in 17 games with the Barracuda due to the OHL season being canceled because of Covid-19.
- Scored his first AHL goal (PPG) on April 30, 2021 vs. Henderson (Oskar Dansk) in a 7-5 win in which the Barracuda went five-for-five on the power play.
- Collected his first AHL point (assist) in his third professional game on April 6, 2021 vs. Henderson (Jake McGrew scored the goal).
2019-20
- Registered 57 points (25 goals, 32 assists) in 60 games played with North Bay, led the team in assists, and ranked second in goals and points.
- In his third season with the Battalion, the right winger set career highs in goals, assists, points, and game-winning goals (3).
PERSONAL
- Internationally, he helped Canada Red earn silver at the 2017 World U-17 Hockey Challenge, scoring four points (one goal, three assists) in five games.
- Coe was ranked No. 35 overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting.
