SHARKS RECALL GOALTENDER TROY GROSENICK

SAN JOSE, Calif. - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled Goaltender Troy Grosenick (@TGrose1) from the San Jose Barracuda (@sjbarracuda), the team's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (@TheAHL). 
 
Grosenick, 28, has registered a 5-7-2 record to go along with a 2.91 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage in 15 games played this season.
 
In 163 AHL appearances, Grosenick has earned an 84-54-27 record with a 2.57 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage.
 
He has played in two career NHL games, both with the Sharks, going 1-1 with a 1.53 goals-against average, a .948 save percentage, and one shutout.
 
The six-foot-one, 185-pound native of Brookfield, Wisconsin, signed with San Jose as a free agent on April 8, 2013.
