Sharks Acquire Sixth Round Draft Pick in Trade With Predators
Feb 25, 2018SAN JOSE, CA - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has acquired a sixth-round draft selection in the 2018 NHL Draft from the Nashville Predators in exchange for Forward Brandon Bollig (@bollig87) and Goaltender Troy Grosenick (@TGrose1).
Bollig played in 45 games with the San Jose Barracuda this season, scoring ten points (eight goals and two assists) and 68 penalty minutes.
Grosenick appeared in 20 games with the Barracuda, posting a 6-9-4 record with a 2.98 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage.
He appeared in two games with San Jose Sharks in the 2014-15 season, with a 1-1-0 record, a 1.53 goals-against average and a .948 save percentage.
