SHARKS RECALL FORWARD O'REGAN FROM SAN JOSE BARRACUDA

SAN JOSE, Calif. - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled Forward Danny O'Regan (@DannyORegan15) from the San Jose Barracuda (@sjbarracuda), the team's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (@TheAHL).
In eight games with the Sharks, O'Regan posted four assists and five shots on goal. His most recent stint with the Sharks was highlighted by a two assist night against Tampa Bay on December 2.
O'Regan leads all Barracuda skaters in goals (6), ranks fifth in assists (6) and third in points (12) in 13 games played.
He was named the 2017 Dudley "Red" Garrett Memorial Award winner as the AHL's Rookie of the Year last season after pacing all AHL rookies in points (58 in 63 GP).
The five-foot-ten, 180-pound native of Berlin, Germany, was originally selected by San Jose in the fifth round (138th overall) of the 2012 NHL Draft.
In addition, forward Barclay Goodrow has been placed on Injured Reserve.
