2018 AHL All-STAR CLASSIC TO BE TELEVISED LIVE ON NHL NETWORK

SPRINGFIELD, MASS. - The American Hockey League (@TheAHL) announced on Tuesday that the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic presented by Turning Stone Resort Casino will be televised live on NHL Network (@NHLNetwork).
Broadcast coverage will take place at the historic Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium in Utica, N.Y., and will air on Sunday, Jan. 28 at 5 p.m. PST for the AHL All-Star Skills Competition, and Monday, Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. PST for the AHL All-Star Challenge.
San Jose's (@SJBarracuda) Antoine Bibeau will represent the Barracuda over the two-day event. In his fourth professional season, and first within the Sharks organization, Bibeau, 23, is 9-7-0 in 24 games played with a 2.28 goals-against average and a .918 save percentage. The native of Victoriaville, Quebec is tied for first in the AHL in shutouts (2), seventh in goal-against, and T-12th in save percentage.
In operation since 1936, the American Hockey League serves as the top development league for the players, coaches, managers, executives, broadcasters and staff of all 31 National Hockey League teams. More than 88 percent of today's NHL players are American Hockey League graduates, and more than 100 honored members of the Hockey Hall of Fame spent time in the AHL in their careers. In 2016-17, over 6 million fans attended AHL regular-season and playoff games across North America for the 16th year in a row.
