SAN JOSE, CA - The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda), proud American Hockey League (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks), and General Manager Joe Will announced today that the club has recalled Forward Colby McAuley (@CMcAuley_93) from the Allen Americans (@AllenAmericans), its ECHL (@ECHL) affiliate.

In 19 games with the Americans this season, McAuley has collected 14 points (five goals, nine assists), 43 penalty minutes, and a plus-four rating. Prior to his reassignment, the Sherwood, Alberta native appeared in seven games this with the Barracuda totaling 14 penalty minutes.
 
Over a four-year career with the WHL's Prince George Cougars, McAuley skated in 191 games and accumulated 96 points (44 goals, 52 assists), 318 penalty minutes and a plus-17 rating. In 2015-16, McAuley led the WHL league in penalty minutes.
